Orders will be shipped on working days, that is, from Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Valencia. If you place your order on a holiday, weekend, or after 10:00 am on a business day, we'll begin processing the next business day.

In order to proceed with the shipment, all customers from the Canary Islands will be contacted by the Customer Service team (shoponline@noaharmon.com) to provide us with their ID.
 
Shipping costs are free for orders to Spain (Peninsula), Portugal and the rest of Europe.
Shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands do have a cost.
Shipments are not made to Ceuta and Melilla.
Purchases from Portugal must be made from the Spanish language.

The European countries to which shipments are made are: France, Germany, Greece, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Ireland, Bulgaria, Italy, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Luxembourg, Denmark, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Poland, Estonia, Romania, Finland.

HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

You can track your order with the code that you will receive in your email from the transport company in charge.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, consult the Post Office: https://www.correos.es/es/es/particulares.

For the rest of the EU countries, consult UPS: https://www.ups.com.



HOW CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?

To modify the delivery of your order, write to shoponline@noaharmon.com and if it has not yet been sent, the change will be made immediately. Otherwise, if the order has been shipped, you will have to contact TIPSA directly (orders from Spain and Portugal) or UPS (for the rest of the EU countries).
