The shipment of orders will be made on working days, that is, from Monday to Friday. If you place your order on a holiday or weekend, we'll start processing your order the next business day.
Shipping costs are free for orders to Spain (Peninsula), Portugal and the rest of Europe.
Shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands do have a cost.
No shipments are made to Ceuta and Melilla.
Purchases from Portugal must be made from the Spanish language.
The European countries to which shipments are made are: France, Germany, Greece, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Ireland, Bulgaria, Italy, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Luxembourg, Denmark, Slovakia, Netherlands, Slovenia, Poland, Estonia, Romania, Finland.
In Spain (Peninsula), the Balearic Islands (with the exception of the Canary Islands) and Portugal, the service will be provided through the company TIPSA.
In the rest of Europe the service will be carried out through the company UPS.
Shipments to the Canary Islands will be made through the Correos company. Shipping costs will be €30. In order to proceed with the shipment, all customers from the Canary Islands will be contacted by the Customer Service team (firstname.lastname@example.org) to provide us with their ID.
When are shipments received?
In Spain (except for the Canary Islands), the Balearic Islands and Portugal, the order will be received between 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
In the Canary Islands, the order will be received between 4-8 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
In the rest of Europe, the order will be received between 5-8 working days. It may happen that in sales seasons the delivery times are affected.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
You will be able to track your order with the code that you will receive in your email from the transport company in charge.

How can I change the delivery address or add more addresses?
To modify the delivery of your order, write to email@example.com and if it has not been sent yet, the change will be made immediately. Otherwise, if the order has been shipped, you will have to contact TIPSA directly (orders from Spain and Portugal) or UPS (for the rest of the EU countries).
