Shipments
Orders will be shipped on working days, that is, from Monday to Friday from our warehouse in Valencia. If you place your order during a holiday, a weekend or after 10:00 am on a business day, we will begin processing it on the next business day.
The European countries to which shipments are made are: France, Germany, Greece, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Ireland, Bulgaria, Italy, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Luxembourg, Denmark, Slovakia, Netherlands, Slovenia, Poland, Estonia, Romania, Finland.
HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
You can track your order with the code that you will receive in your email from the transport company in charge according to your shipping area.
HOW CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
To modify the delivery of your order, write to shoponline@noaharmon.com and if it has not yet been sent, the change will be made immediately. Otherwise, if the order has been shipped, you will have to contact TIPSA directly (orders from Spain and Portugal) or UPS or FEDEX (for the rest of the countries).
