Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return or exchange of any item.

For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, unused, and with all original packaging.

CHANGES

WHAT IS THE COST?

PENINSULA SPAIN:
The first size exchange or return is free for orders from mainland Spain*.
In the event of a size exchange and the customer is not satisfied, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the exchange/return to our headquarters. We do not accept collect on delivery orders. The return will be processed via  https://returns.itsrever.com/noaharmon .

Changes to orders from the Balearic Islands, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States will always be at the customer's expense. Regardless of whether it's the first exchange, it must be made via certified mail. The customer must request the return (explained below), and it must be accepted by the Customer Service team as long as it's within the return period. The customer must send all required data and information to shoponline@noaharmon.com



HOW DO I REQUEST THE CHANGE?

PENINSULA SPAIN


To request a change and for it to take effect, you must send an email to shoponline@noaharmon.com indicating:
· Order number
• Product to be returned and desired product (reference and size)
· Information on reasons for the change (we would appreciate it if you could explain them to us  in detail in order to improve the shopping experience as much as possible)
• Please attach the delivery and collection address
· Prepare the package in its original packaging exactly as it was received


We will then place the order and one of our delivery drivers will deliver the new order to your home at the same time as collecting the old order at no cost to you.


*To be able to request a return/exchange, please note that the item MUST ALWAYS be in perfect condition and arrive at our headquarters unused and with all original packaging.
*If the product to be exchanged is different from the one ordered in the first order, you must place a new order for the desired product on the website, and we will immediately refund the first order. You must also notify us via email, providing the information required to process the exchange.


 



BALEARIC ISLANDS, EUROPE, UNITED KINGDOM AND UNITED STATES

• Information about the reasons for the change  (We would appreciate it if you could explain them to us in detail in order to improve the shopping experience as much as possible)
• Please include delivery address
Prepare the package in its original packaging as received and send it by registered mail to: Carretera Llano de Quart nº4, Aldaya, Valencia 46960
• Attach a tracking number via email

Once we receive the item at our headquarters and verify its correct condition, we will send the new product requested to the address provided by the customer.

*To be able to request a return/exchange, please note that the item MUST ALWAYS be in perfect condition and arrive at our headquarters unused and with all original packaging.
*If the product to be exchanged is different from the one ordered in the first order, you must place a new order for the desired product on the website, and we will immediately refund the first order. You must also notify us via email, providing the information required to process the exchange.
*Order changes for the Balearic Islands, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States will always be at the customer's expense, regardless of whether it is the first exchange or return. Returns must be made via certified mail. The customer must request the return, and it must be accepted by the Customer Service team if it is within the return period. The customer must send all required information to shoponline@noaharmon.com
*If the customer returns the order at their own expense and the order does not arrive at our headquarters (it is lost, etc…), the Noa Harmon brand is not responsible, and therefore will not refund the return.

You can choose a direct refund to your account or opt for a gift card with no expiration date.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY ORDER FOR RETURN?

To process a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original packaging, exactly as received (please be environmentally responsible!). Remember that it must be in perfect condition and unused.





HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the order arrives at our headquarters, is inspected, and verified to be unused and undamaged, the return will be accepted. The refund will be processed as quickly as possible, and within a maximum of 30 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Don't worry, though; in practice, we usually process refunds at the same time we verify the product's condition.
Please note that the speed of payment will also depend on your bank.
