You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request the return or exchange of any item.

For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, unused and with all the original packaging.

CHANGES
WHAT IS THE COST?

SPAIN PENINSULA:
The first size change or return is free for orders from Spain Peninsula*.
In the event that the size change occurs and the customer is not satisfied, the cost of the change/return will be borne by the customer until our headquarters. Freight collect orders will not be accepted. The refund will be made through  https://returns.itsrever.com/noaharmon .
BALEARIC ISLANDS, EUROPE, UNITED KINGDOM AND UNITED STATES:

Changes to orders from the Balearic Islands, Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States will always be the responsibility of the customer. Regardless of whether it is the first change. It must be done by regular certified mail. The customer must request the return (explained below) and it must be accepted by the Customer Service team as long as it is within the deadline. The client must send all the data and information required to shoponline@noaharmon.com


HOW IS THE CHANGE REQUESTED?
SPAIN PENINSULA
To request the change and for it to be effective, you must send an email to shoponline@noaharmon.com indicating:
· Order number
· Product to be returned and desired product (reference and size)
· Information on reasons for the change (we would appreciate it if you could explain them to us  in detail in order to improve the shopping experience as much as possible)
· Attach delivery and pickup address
· Prepare the package in its original packaging as it was received
Later we will give the order and one of our delivery drivers will deliver the new order to your home at the same time as picking up the old order at no cost to you.
*In order to request a return/exchange, it must be taken into account that the item will ALWAYS have to be and arrive in perfect condition at our headquarters without having been used and with all the original packaging.
*In the event that the product to be exchanged is different from the one requested in the first order, a new order for the desired product must be placed on the website and we will return the first order instantly. In addition, you must be informed via email providing the information required to process the changes.
 
BALEARIC ISLANDS, EUROPE, UNITED KINGDOM AND UNITED STATES
To request the change and for it to be effective, you must send an email to shoponline@noaharmon.com indicating:
· Order number
· Product to return and desired product (model and size)
· Information on reasons for the change  (We would appreciate it if you explained them to us in detail in order to improve the purchasing experience as much as possible)
· Attach delivery address
· Prepare the package in its original packaging as it was received and send it with a registered letter to: Carretera Llano de Quart nº4, Aldaya, Valencia 46960
· Attach a tracking number via email
As soon as we receive the item at our headquarters and check its correct condition, we will send the new product requested to the address provided by the customer.
*In order to request a return/exchange, it must be taken into account that the item will ALWAYS have to be and arrive in perfect condition at our headquarters without having been used and with all the original packaging.
*In the event that the product to be exchanged is different from the one requested in the first order, a new order for the desired product must be placed on the website and we will return the first order instantly. In addition, you must be informed via email providing the information required to process the changes.

You can choose a direct refund to your account or choose a gift card with no expiration date.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY ORDER TO RETURN IT?

To make a return or exchange, it must be made with its original packaging as it was received (please! Be responsible for the environment). Remember that it must be in perfect condition and without having been used.

IN WHAT PERIOD WILL I BE PAID FOR THE RETURN OF MY ORDER?

Once the order has arrived at our headquarters, it is reviewed and it is verified that it is NOT used and has no damage, the return will be accepted. The refund period for the product will always be made as soon as possible and a maximum of 30 days and will be made in the same means used for payment. Anyway, don't worry, in practice we usually make refunds at the same time that we check the correct condition of the product :)
Keep in mind that the speed of the payment will also depend on your bank.
