SHIPPING

Deliveries are made on working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday. If you place your order on a holiday or at the weekend, we will begin to process it the next working day.

Shipping costs are free for orders to Spain and Europe.

Shipments to the Canary Islands do have a cost.

No shipments are made to Ceuta and Melilla.

Purchases from Portugal must be made from the Spanish language version.

The countries in Europe to which shipments are made are France, Germany, Greece, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Ireland, Bulgaria, Italy, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Luxembourg, Denmark, Slovakia, Netherlands, Slovenia, Poland, Estonia, Romania, Finland.

In Spain (except for the Canary Islands) and Portugal the service will be provided through the TIPSA company.

In the rest of Europe, the service will be carried out through the UPS company.

Shipments to the Canary Islands will be made through the company Correos. The shipping costs will be € 20. To proceed with the shipment, every client in the Canary Islands will be contacted by the Customer Service team (shoponline@noaharmon.com) to provide us their ID card.

When are the shipments received?

In Spain (except for the Canary Islands) and Portugal, the order will be received between 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

In the Canary Islands the order will be received between 4-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

In the rest of Europe, the order will be received between 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

It may happen that in sales’ season delivery times are affected.

How do I know my order status?

You can track your order with the code that you will receive in your email after making the purchase.

How can I change the delivery address or add more addresses?

To modify the delivery address of your order, write to shoponline@noaharmon.com and if it has not yet been sent, the address change will be made immediately. Otherwise, if the order has been sent, you should contact TIPSA directly (for orders from Spain and Portugal) or UPS (for the rest of the EU countries).

For changing your address of the next orders, you just have to access your personal profile and in “Addresses” update / add the information you want.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

What is the cost of changing / returning my order?

The first size change or return is free for orders from Spain*.

In case the client receives the new size and you still are not satisfied, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer to our headquarters. Noa Harmon will not accept packages with carriage due. The return must be sent by registered post. The customer must send the return tracking number to shoponline@noaharmon.com.

In case you want to change it to another model, the customer must request a return and place a new order on the web.

Procedure for returns of orders from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and the rest of Europe (France, Germany, Greece, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Ireland, Bulgaria, Italy, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Luxembourg, Denmark, Slovakia, Netherlands, Slovenia, Poland, Estonia, Romania, Finland):

How should I request the change / return of my order?

You have to access your profile and in the “Orders” section, you must select the order you want to return, and within that one or those style/s that you wish to change / return.

You can also send an email to shoponline@noaharmon.com requesting the return.

Spain orders:

In case of being the first exchange/return, the Customer Service team will confirm the address to pick up your return for free. In case of being the second exchange or return, our team will inform you about the address where to return your order, the customer being responsible for the costs.

In order to request a return / exchange, it must be taken into account that the article will ALWAYS have to be and arrive in perfect condition at our headquarters.

The Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and rest of European countries:

If the customer returns the order at his own expense and the order does not arrive at our headquarters (it is lost, etc…), the Noa Harmon brand is not responsible, and therefore will not refund the order.

When can I request the change/return of my order?

In order to request the exchange or refund, it must be done within a maximum period of 14 working days. If this time is exceeded, neither change nor refund may be requested.

How should I prepare my order to return it?

To return or exchange, it must be done in its original package (please be environmentally responsible).

How long will it take to refund the order?

Once the order has arrived at our headquarters, after being reviewed and checked that it is NOT used and has no damage, the return will be accepted. The product refund period will be a maximum of 30 days and will be done in the same means used for payment. Bear in mind that the speed of the payment will also depend on your bank.
